Mermaid spaghetti: the taste of the sea on the plate, the recipe!

For this dish with a summer flavor designed for 4 people , you will need :

  • spaghetti , 400 g
  • garlic , 1 clove
  • tuna, 3 small or 1 large cans
  • extra virgin olive oil , to taste
  • parsley fresh chopped, qb
  • lemon juice , 1
  • pepper , to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • mullet bottarga to taste .

Fill a large pot with water, and when it comes to a boil, throw half a clove of garlic and spaghetti for cooking. Add salt to taste.

In the meantime, rub the other half of the garlic along the edge of the bowl where you will later pour the pasta.

When cooked, drain and transfer the spaghetti in the bowl together with the extra virgin olive oil, the chopped fresh parsley and the juice of 1 lemon. And lastly, add the tuna,  drained and laid flat.

Mix well and sprinkle last, with a little grated bottarga .
